High-pressure ratio control mixer first modulates the LPG and compress air to the same presser through the linkage regula-tor. Because of the different sectional areas of the orifice, the air source of the two same pressers could change the mixed gas proportion. And the flux changes automatically bases on the changing of output presser of the gas mixture. The gas mixture pro-portion of the high-pressure ratio control mixer could modulate continuously in a range which beyond 1.5 times of the explosion limit. The mixer has safety catenation as follows:
(1) Double air atmosphere differences exceeds limit (2) Air working presser exceeds limit
(3) LPG working presser exceeds limit (4) LPG inlet temperature exceeds limit
When any alarm above exists, the emergency shut—off valve, which installs on the two inlets of the mixer, will shut off autom-atically, to ensure the system safety. When the mixer gets into the state of auto locking, it must be started manually by the staff. |
